Thanks for surfing those cyberspace waves all the way up to this webpage!

So who am I? I'm Jared, I'm 19 and I never f---n' learned how to read.". Kidding aside, I'm a 29-year-old guy originally from the South West of England, currently living in Yorkshire. I made this site just for a bit of fun and so I can throw my ramblings somewhere. A little bit more about me:

• The best food I've ever eaten is some Korean Fried Chicken I had when living in uh... Frankfurt am Main...
• The best city I visited so far is Strasbourg, France. Amazing architecture and friendly people.
• I'd describe myself as a language fiend even though I have a hard time committing to learning a language. I've studied many of the years, but my strongest are German (fluent), French (enough to cope), and, my white whale, Czech. It's a constant goal of mine to learn Czech - if only the grammar weren't so hideous.
• I hop around hobbies quite a lot but I like foreign languages, linguistics, quizzes and trivia, walks, travel, reading, video games, gemstones, wireless networking, spending hours rummaging through charity/vintage shops etc. Also like a good quirky pub or bar, but I drink a lot less than I used to.
